Richard is an entrepreneur and angel investor experienced in aerospace, product design, and business development. In 2015 he co-founded Radian Aerospace and serves as the Chief Executive Officer. He was co-founder of private airline, Kavoo which sold to ImagineAir in 2014. He was the former President and Chairman of the Entrepreneurs Organization New York, and founder of product design company Drinkworks, which sold in 2005. He has been an early investor in more than 12 startups, and has been an active member of New York Angels and Space Angels Network.
He has twice been named by Inc. magazine to the 2011 and 2003 Inc 500 list as CEO of one of the fastest growing private companies in America. Richard has been profiled in Business Week and Forbes, and was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Richard is a private pilot and holds an undergraduate degree in economics and an MBA in Finance.

Livingston Holder is a highly accomplished aerospace professional with over 30 years of experience in aerospace systems management, engineering, planning, and operations, serving as the co-founder and CTO of Radian Aerospace. He is widely respected for his contributions to the aerospace industry, having held significant roles at Boeing, NASA, NRO, DARPA, USAF, and various other arms of the Department of Defense and National Security Space community. Livingston's early career achievements include being recognized and decorated as a Titan III Launch Officer and being selected as a Manned Spaceflight Engineer. He was also chosen as a payload specialist for a classified Space Shuttle mission, which was canceled following the Challenger accident.
After leaving the Air Force in 1988, Holder joined Boeing, where he excelled in increasingly senior roles, including management of the Space Station international integration activities, leadership of the Habitation Module IPT, and Program Manager of Sea Launch. He also served as the Chief Engineer and Program Manager of Aviation Information Services, Program Manager of X-33, and head of Boeing’s Future Space Transportation organization. Subsequently, Holder served as the Chairperson for COMSTAC at the US Department of Transportation and later joined Andrews Space as VP Space Systems, where he was responsible for the company's space system design, development, and new business activities.
In 2006, Holder became the Chief Program Executive at AirLaunch LLC, where he led the company to several technical milestones, including the largest and heaviest object ever dropped from a C-17 and the largest and longest Vapor Pressurized rocket engine firings in history.
Livingston Holder holds a B.S. in Astronautical Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy and an M.S. in Systems Management from the University of Southern California.

Curtis Gifford serves as co-founder, CFO, and COO of Radian Aerospace. He has over 25 years’ experience in strategic consulting, technical product development, and company operations & financial management for high tech growth companies. Curtis started in the high-tech industry working for an artificial intelligence software firm (AbTech CorporaBon), managing product development programs for NASA, the USAF, and commercial clients, and eventually becoming the Director of R&D. His initiatives fueled 400% growth of the company.
After leaving to get his MBA, he spent time as a strategy consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton and McKesson Corporation. In 2002, he followed his passion to work in the entrepreneurial space industry, first accepting a position as Principal Business Strategist with Andrews Space, Inc., where he managed corporate strategy and led commercial business case development for advanced space vehicle design projects. He then co-founded Holder Aerospace, a small business that has provided strategic consulting and R&D management for a broad range of clients in the aerospace industry since 2004. During this time, Curtis also served as COO and CFO of AirLaunch LLC, an aerospace development company that designed, built, and executed over 50 firings of the largest VAPAK rocket engine in history. Curtis holds a B.A. in Astronomy-Physics from the University of Virginia, an M.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia, and an MBA from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration.

Jeff Feige is the Co-Founder and CRO of Radian Aerospace where he is responsible for customer and international partnerships, strategic relationships, and team building.
Prior to his work with Radian Aerospace, Jeff Feige was the CEO of Orbital Outfitters Ltd., the world’s first private spacesuit company. Orbital Outfitters was involved in the initial designs of the spacesuits in use today by SpaceX and built a fully operational pressure suit for the Lynx, a suborbital spaceplane that was being developed by XCOR aerospace between 2007-2015. The company also constructed the nation’s largest private altitude chamber for human testing of spacesuits and associated equipment. Feige oversaw the company from its founding through its successes in developing both new space and pressure suits and its altitude chamber facility in Midland, TX.
Before Orbital Outfitters, he worked as a strategy and policy associate at PoliSpace, a political consulting firm supporting space entrepreneurs in business development, government relations, and public affairs. Prior to joining PoliSpace, Feige was the Assistant to the Executive Director of the Aerospace States Association (ASA), an organization representing the U.S. States on matters relating to aerospace policy.
In parallel with his professional activities, Jeff Feige was an active leader in the Space Frontier Foundation between 2005-2020. Over the years, he served as conference manager, advocates coordinator, board member, and chairman of the board from 2013-2020.

Jeff’s work as an advisor in the space industry focused on emerging markets and economic barriers has directly shaped industry understanding of where and how to play for new and emerging markets. For the US Department of Defense and DARPA, he produced an independent market analysis of the satellite launch market for their Experimental Spaceplane (XS-1) program, which supported the Phase III award to Boeing for the Phantom Express launch vehicle. He has briefed members of the RAND Corporation, the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), family offices, and private equity funds valued up to $9 billion on the market outlook and investment risks for commercial space applications.
Before joining Radian Aerospace as Chief Strategy Officer, Jeff served as a specialist leader for Deloitte Consulting LLP where he helped established Deloitte’s US Government and Public Services Space Practice in addition to contributing to the formation of Deloitte’s Global Space Practice where he provided leadership for Deloitte’s Australia, United Kingdom, Israel, Luxembourg, Japan, and Mexico member firms. At Deloitte, Jeff led their space industry economics and strategy teams that provided subject matter expertise on commercial space technology trends, industry strategies, and launch systems economics. During his tenure at Deloitte, he delivered market and operational strategies for the space domain and industry to NASA, NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory (JPL), the U.S. Space Force, the National Reconnaissance Office, the State of California, the State of Arizona, Arizona State University, the University of Arizona, the State of Michigan, and the Michigan Aerospace Manufacturers Association. Jeff led the analysis of DirecTV’s satellite infrastructure in support of the 2021 spin-out and led the strategy for a joint program between the State of Michigan, the U.S. Department of Commerce, Deloitte Consulting, and Virgin Orbit to deliver end-to-end satellite services for autonomous mobility systems.
Prior to Deloitte, Jeff served as the director of venture strategy and research for the Space Frontier Foundation where he was also a board member. His previous experience as an advisor in $600M+ of venture capital raises for early-stage technology companies, commercializing government technologies, and deep insight into the commercial space market allows him to bring a unique perspective to government and commercial clients. Jeff has contributed technical expertise and space economy analysis to Reuters, Forbes, NBC News, Discovery News, The Wharton School, the Open Group, and the American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics (AIAA). Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona – Eller College of Management. Building on this foundation, he pursued further education, obtaining an MBA with a focus in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business. Additionally, he earned a Master of Science in Computer Information Systems with concentrations in IT Project Management and Security from Boston University.
